They're often the type of people who keep a diary where they evaluates their thoughts and behaviours, they like to urge stimulated by being asked questions concerning themselves and that they like to explore themselves using self-help books, personal coaches etc. They are not scared of facing the dark sides of themselves, and they invariably strive to perceive themselves better although that generally suggests that discovering uncomfortable truths regarding themselves.
8. Individuals with high self-esteem are loving towards others.
