Travel bidets are actually really convenient. If you never used one, you can literally just pack it up and take it wherever you want to go. Bidets for irritable bowel syndrome can be a really great idea, especially if you're a frequent sufferer or you’re traveling somewhere where you may not have the resources to take care of yourself on your trip. IBS can be pretty miserable for anyone who's had it. You'll know if something's wrong when you do have it, and you'll have to go to the doctor. My doctor actually recommended working with the bidet to make sure that hygiene was okay down there and that everything was soothing for me after a particularly bad irritable bowel experience.

Having irritable bowel syndrome isn't the end of the world, especially when you can use something handy and discreet like a hand-held travel bidet sprayer while you're on the road.
